We’ve tried to answer all the obvious questions that may help you in choosing Totally Crazy about PAWS. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.
How many dogs are walked at once?
Totally Crazy about PAWS believe dogs have more fun when socialising with other dogs. Unless a dog is specifically asked to be walked separate from other dogs we will walk them in a small group that are picked by personality and physical needs. Totally Crazy about PAWS are insured to walk 6 dogs per person, however choose not to.
Will i meet you before any service?
Yes, we will arrange a meet and greet to see both you and your pets. It will also give me an opportunity to learn about your pets individual needs and for you to ask any questions.
Are you insured?
Yes, Totally Crazy about PAWS are fully insured, including key cover.
Do i need to be home when taking my dog for a walk?
No, most clients usually feel comfortable leaving a key in the care of Totally Crazy about PAWS for when you are not at home.
Do you provide out off - hours walking?
Yes, just give us a call or email to discuss.
What do if i need to cancel?
For dog walking, 24 hours noticemust be given to cancel.
For pet sitting/minding, cancellations made between 10 days to 48 hours prior to service will require a 50% charge, less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full.
What do you do in case of an emergency?
It is unlikely an emergency will occur, however if one is to happen you will be contacted immediately. If we can not get hold of you, your emergency contacts will be contacted.
Will my dog be supervised at all times?
Yes, they will be supervised at all times when in the care of Totally Crazy about PAWS.
My dog has not been spayed or neutered, can she/he still be walked?
Yes, we are super careful at matching dogs together but you will need to keep Totally Crazy about PAWS informed if you suspect your dog has come into season.
How do you transport the animals around?
Totally Crazy about PAWS have their own van which is safe for animals to be transported in. You will probably see it around.
Do you offer a home boarding service?
Totally Crazy about PAWS do not provide this service at the moment, however we are hoping to very soon - so keep your eyes and ears tunes!!
Do you let the dogs run off lead?
If you have signed the "off lead" declaration form, then yes. However it is still Totally Crazy about PAWS decision to whether they should be allowed off the lead.
Can you administer medication?
Yes we can, we follow any of your written instructions.
What happens in bad weather?
We get wet!!! Don't worry though, we will wipe your mucky pups down for you.
Do your services cater for all breeds of dogs?
Yes, Totally Crazy about PAWS do not discriminate against any breed's reputation.

Totally Crazy about PAWS carefully select a group of dogs to socialise together in accordance to their own personality and physical needs - So no need to worry!

What is your key policy?
Your key will be kept secure away from any personal information and no key can be identified. If your key is lost, you will be contacted immediately. Your personal data is kept safe and never discussed or sold to any 3rd parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
